Life and all of its changes can be extremely overwhelming, and I’m here to walk alongside you through it all. I work to provide an empathetic and culturally sensitive environment, bringing in evidence-based care to support you. You may be struggling to understand your place in the world, worrying about your relationships, or wondering what your future may hold. I aim to help you discover your strengths so that you are able to face challenges head on.
In my work, I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can show up as your true, authentic self. I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and questions around personal values.
Before entering the counseling field, I spent time in the fitness industry, which was an experience that deepened my belief in the profound connection between physical and mental well-being. I bring that mind-body awareness into my clinical work, along with a deep respect for each person’s unique story.
Reaching out for help is difficult, especially if you’ve ever felt that you are unsure where to turn.
