Hi, I’m Dr. Colby, a licensed psychologist who specializes in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, and phobias.
I work with college and boarding school students -especially those who identify as women- who are navigating intense emotions, uncertainty, and life transitions, offering virtual therapy that’s both compassionate and evidence-based. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with skills for emotional regulation and mindfulness, always grounded in the latest research on the mind-body connection. I’ve published work on the long-term psychological and physical effects of chronic stress and trauma, and I bring that deep understanding into therapy, giving you access to the skills needed to feel more grounded and less stuck.
