My name is Michelle, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years' experience working with individuals,
couples and families.
I provide a safe, therapeutic environment where you are able to experience full acceptance, empathy, and understanding.
Taking a client centered strength-based approach, I utilize
evidence-based therapies in my work with individuals, families, and children.
Sessions will assist you in understanding how your thoughts can impact your moods, develop a healthier outlook, implement new strategies for managing challenging relationships, reframe negative thought patterns, apply healthy coping skills, and explore new self-care techniques
