Coastal Behavior Therapy

Psychologist, Psy.D.
Accepting clients Last Updated 30+ days ago

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a passion for helping people build meaningful lives. I use evidence-based treatment for a range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, and general distress. I believe that by combining compassion and commitment, together we can overcome the obstacles that are creating difficulties achieving your goals and connecting to your values. The majority of my work focuses on helping people learn new ways of relating to and coping with emotions and understanding the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
I work with young adults, and adults, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
