CNS Mental Wellness is a new mental health clinic here in Frederick, MD on Thomas Johnson Drive. We are interested in a holistic approach to mental wellness and strive to provide our patients with the care they deserve for their Treatment Resistant Depression. To that end the services we provide focus on those patients with Treatment Resistant Depression.
We provide the following specialized services for our patients:
o TMS – transcranial magnetic stimulation
o Spravato – Esketamine nasal spray
o Medication Management (in person and virtually)
What sets us apart from other practices that offer these services is that we are a small, patient first practice. Unlike large centers we see one TMS patient at a time. We are currently the only provider in Frederick that offers Spravato. Those who come to us will receive one on one care during their TMS appointments as well as their Spravato observations.
We also provide Pharmacogenetic Testing and accept most major insurances including Medicare and Medicaid.
