Hello I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have practiced therapy for over 20 year. Some of my clients call me their therapist and others their Life Coach. My goal is to assist my client to live the life they envision for themselves. My approach is client centered and I do this through CBT, EMDR and Mindfulness techniques.
