Our mission is to extend quality, affordable mental health services to sexual, racial, and gender minorities in New York State. We want to provide a place where people from all walks and life can feel safe and understood while receiving mental health care from a dedicated, nonjudgmental professional.

Whatever you are going through right now, our therapists are here for you. We have therapists trained in multiple areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, mood disorders, and more. All of our therapists work from an intersectional and LGBTQ+ affirming framework.
