Does waking up feel impossible? Are you the biggest critic in your life? Every individual has a spectrum of feelings, challenges, and difficulties. You know yourself better than anyone, and I want to help you become your best self. Throughout life, we develop parts of ourselves that help us survive our environment. When we work to become the best version of ourselves, we often need to confront some of these parts.

I like to incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Parts Work, and Narrative style into our work together, but I will tailor our sessions to fit your needs. You know yourself better than anyone, and I want to help you become your best self.
