Finding clarity, confidence, and direction is possible, and you don't have to figure it out alone. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help adults and older teens navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, caught in cycles of overthinking, or unsure of your next steps, this is a space where you can feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood while seeking greater clarity, confidence, and direction. My commitment is to be a steady partner in your care, helping you build insight and move toward a values-driven life that feels more aligned and manageable.

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative by design. Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, we work together to build practical strategies while developing a deeper, more compassionate understanding of yourself.

Sessions are nonjudgmental and shaped around your unique needs, experiences, and goals, in a supportive and flexible environment. Whether the focus is on strengthening emotional awareness, developing coping skills, or moving through a difficult season of life, the direction of our work is always guided by what matters most to you. The goal is to support you in ways that feel meaningful and genuine, even when difficult thoughts and emotions arise.

My path to becoming a therapist is rooted in personal experience. At a younger age, navigating anxiety led me to therapy, where I discovered how powerful it can be to feel truly understood while also gaining tools that make a real difference. That experience shaped everything about how I provide care that is both compassionate and actionable.

This foundation also drives my commitment to bringing a real, relatable presence to every session while helping patients build skills that lead to meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, creativity and movement keep me grounded. Reading, drawing, and working on creative projects are some of my favorite ways to recharge. Movies, time spent with dogs, and quiet walks also bring me a lot of joy.
