Accepting clients Last Updated 1 days ago

Do you find yourself struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, addiction, or the effects of past trauma? I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-focused counseling to adults with identities at all intersections. My goal is to provide a space where you can explore your feelings, gain insights, and find balance by shifting the things that are no longer serving you.

I take a client-centered and holistic systems approach, which maintains that we all have the ability within ourselves to heal, and that our identities, environments, and experiences can have a big impact on our mental and physical well-being. I use a variety of clinical tools, including EMDR, to address the roots of problems, allowing you to move forward.

I aim to leave clients feeling empowered by providing a supportive, safe, and affirming space where you can show up just as you are. There will likely be many times we laugh during session, or times where you need to cry, swear, or just rant - know that this is all welcome (and encouraged) on your journey to healing. I look forward to hearing from you!
