hristopher Seavey is a licensed psychotherapist and is certified in addictions counseling in Florida and licensed in drug and alcohol counseling in Massachusetts. He also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder).
In addition, Dr. Seavey is a Certified Vocational Evaluator, r, a Nationally Certified Counselor, a Board Certified Forensic Counselor, a DOT/SAP Evaluator, and a Diplomat in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy and in Forensic Counseling. In addition, Dr. Seavy provides general substance abuse evaluations.
Dr. Seavey is a past president of the Gulf Coast Chapter of the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association. He is a clinical member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association, a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and The International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health, a member of the International Council on Alcohol and Addictions, the National Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors, the Florida Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors, and the Massachusetts Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.
Dr. Seavey, as an adjunct professor at the University of South Florida, taught graduate courses in the Rehabilitation Counseling program. Member, American College of Forensic Examiners.
