I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology and extensive experience working with individuals facing challenges related to depression, anxiety, substance use, severe mental illness, and life stressors. I have trained and worked in a variety of clinical settings, including the VA, where I provided evidence-based care to veterans managing complex mental health concerns. In therapy, I strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is grounded in research-based practices while also being flexible to meet the unique needs of each person with whom I work.
