I believe that a collaborative approach and a genuine therapeutic relationship serve as the foundation for immense personal growth and change. I approach therapy through warmth and compassion, striving to create a safe and non-judgmental space from which to explore emotions, life patterns, and areas for growth. I specialize in working with adolescents, young adults and college students experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, loss, relationship challenges, and trauma. I have worked in the mental health field for six years in both counseling capacities and as a mental health and behavioral consultant to public schools.

My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, incorporating humanistic, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and strength-based orientations. I seek to aid growth through establishing emotional safety, understanding and unconditional positive regard in a relationship which facilitates introspection of life's challenges and complexities.

The emergence of COVID-19 has presented fundamental changes to our way of life, the way we think about the world, and where we place ourselves within it. My services are conducted through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to increase access to support. Please reach out if I can help you through this difficult time.
