I provide tele-mental health services to college students located in the states of Pennsylvania and Florida.

I specialize in helping clients navigate life transitions big and small. These include self-discovery & growth, academic & career choices, relationships, and adjustment to college.

I am a LGBTQ+ally, Many of my clients identify as trans, non-binary, gender non confirming or questioning. I provide letters of readiness for gender affirming hormone therapy.

Sometimes we get stuck along the way by things like depression, anxiety, stress, traumatic events, and fear. Together we create opportunities for these stuck parts to heal and release.
