College is an exciting time in a person’s life, but it can also be a stressful time. I can help you reach your goals and help with concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, time management, sleep, health and wellness, relationships, career decisions, and athletic performance.
I provide a person centered, strengths based, integrative approach to therapy. My goal is to create a warm, caring, and authentic relationship with clients. Each client and I will work together to discover and explore their own unique interpersonal challenges so they can reach their full potential.
We will utilize various therapeutic tools to help you reach your goals. I also have an extensive background in sleep and am available to treat insomnia, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).
Together, we will find the best approach to meet your specific needs and personal goals.
