Hello! My name is Chrissy and I am a therapist with a special interest in anxiety, relationships, and LGBTQIA+ issues. I work in a way that is trauma-informed, which means I help people understand the ways that trauma has impacted their lives and help facilitate areas of psychological development that may be stunted due to trauma. I come to understand my patients in terms of their backgrounds, but also in their current environments, paying close attention to systems of privilege and power that keep people unwell. My previous career was in medical speech pathology. To that end, I welcome students with neurological conditions and speech or language disorders.
