Christine Harris
Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works from a perspective of hope. She holds the belief that wherever you are “stuck,” there is room for change and growth. Her therapeutic approach includes the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused techniques. She also has training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Christine has worked with children and adolescents in foster care, as a mental health counselor at a middle and high school, in community mental health, in private practice, at a university and medical school student counseling center, and in crisis response. Christine enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults on issues including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, and spirituality.
