Christine A. Mosher, LICSW
I enjoy working with individuals who want to make positive changes in their own lives and relationships.
I have experience treating people struggling with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship issues, adjustment issues, women's issues. As a former college athlete, I am also interested in treating the mental health issues of current and former athletes of all ages. I see my clients as individuals who are seeking guidance on how to find more peace and joy in their lives.
My goal is to provide a safe space and develop a trusting bond with my clients so they feel comfortable sharing their stories.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and a Strengths-Based perspective to help clients overcome the issues they are struggling with. My primary focus is on self-care, utilizing healthy coping skills, and improving overall health and wellness.
My clients have stated that I am a very kind, caring, compassionate therapist who is calming and easy to talk to.
My practice is client-centered, and treatment is based on the individual needs of each client. I am currently seeing clients in person or via Telehealth. Please feel free to call or email me to schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!
