I view myself as a partner walking alongside you on your journey towards balance and wholeness. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and National Certified Counselor that specializes in the treatment of trauma, anxiety, eating disorders, self-esteem, and relationship concerns.
My approach can be described as validating, encouraging, warm, and supportive. As your therapist, my goal is to help you gain insight into your concerns, identify unhelpful themes and patterns, and work towards creating an individualized plan of action to create the changes you are wanting to make
