I work with adults 18 and over who struggle with assertiveness and setting boundaries, adult children of alcoholics/immature parents, co-dependency, childhood trauma, abuse and neglect, intimate partner violence, single incident trauma, major life changes, grief and loss, etc. We will work together to develop a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and your current stressors/issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, life changes, attachment issues, co-dependency, etc.
