Christina Kowalski

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-person and telehealth psychotherapy services throughout New York. I specialize in trauma-focused treatment, with a particular passion for supporting young adults navigating life transitions, identity development, and adjustment challenges.
My clinical approach is relational, attachment-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I work collaboratively with clients to process trauma, strengthen emotional regulation skills, and build secure internal and interpersonal foundations.
I strive to create a safe, affirming therapeutic space where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. Whether addressing past trauma, managing current stressors, or working through major life transitions, my goal is to help young adults develop resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self as they move forward.
