Sage Phoenix

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC
Accepting clients Last Updated 2 days ago

I am currently taking new clients! If interested in working with me, please complete my interest form: https://forms.gle/4mDkuXgoYicAZwyw9

I work collaboratively with clients to help them in their path towards growth and healing. With acceptance, authenticity, and empathy, I believe that psychotherapy is a process of developing greater self-awareness and igniting personal change.

I am committed to creating a warm therapeutic environment for you. My specialties include trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and young adult transitions. I have advanced training and experience in trauma-informed approaches, including internal family systems, EMDR, somatic (body-based) techniques, mindfulness, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.

I focus on each client's strengths and embrace a holistic model of care. As an expressive arts therapist, I offer the option of incorporating the arts into therapy sessions. I believe that the use of the expressive arts can assist in self-expression and inspire deeper self-awareness.

*Please note that I only take BCBS for insurance at this time. I am also happy to provide superbills for OON reimbursement!
