Christina Blancas
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work with individuals who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, grief, trauma, ADHD, or other challenges that may be affecting their daily lives, school/academics, or relationships.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. I’ll work with you to better understand what you’re experiencing, develop practical coping skills, and build on the strengths you already have. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and an eclectic approach to support your individual needs. I am also trained in Evidence-Based Practices such as: Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Parent Child Care (PC-CARE), Managing & Adapting Practice, Seeking Safety, and EMDR.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered as you work toward the changes you want to make.
