Christina Bame, LCSW, RYT
Hi, I’m Christina Bame, LCSW and Registered Yoga Teacher. As a queer, biracial/mixed race, gender fluid, and neurodivergent therapist, I bring both personal and professional understanding to my work. I offer a trauma-informed, holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. My practice combines evidence-based methods like ACT and somatic therapy with creative modalities such as mindfulness, art, and movement. I am passionate about supporting clients navigating trauma, psychosis, and identity-based stressors—including racial, gender, and LGBTQ+ experiences—helping them find safety, empowerment, and reconnection to their authentic selves.
