- Clinical Social Work/Therapists
Life can feel overwhelming when you're carrying the weight of your personal identity, family expectations, or the impacts of generational trauma. You may find yourself caught between who you are and who others expect you to be, leading to feelings of stress, self-doubt, or disconnection. Many of my clients seek a space where all parts of their identity are seen and affirmed, while also working through challenges like anxiety, depression, family of origin issues, or difficult life transitions. Together, we focus on healing, resilience, and building a stronger sense of self.
I provide a supportive, collaborative space grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care. Drawing from relational, strengths-based, and evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I help clients explore challenges, build resilience, and create change that feels authentic to who they are.
I know it takes courage to seek support, and it's important to find someone who truly understands and respects you. My goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment where you can feel seen, valued, and empowered to move forward in ways that feel right for you. If you're ready to begin this process, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
