Our team consists of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Residents in Counseling (MA) who are dedicated to helping you manage and overcome life's challenges. We believe in a holistic approach to counseling that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. We integrate faith and spirituality into our treatment process when requested. During sessions, our counselors use Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused, Dialectal Behavior, and Self-Compassion techniques to help you overcome your challenges and guide you through personal growth. We also offer EMDR for Trauma and PTSD treatment.
