Our team consists of Licensed Professional Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Licensed Residents in Counseling (MA) who are dedicated to helping you manage and overcome life's challenges. We believe in a holistic approach to counseling that addresses the mind, body, and spirit, and we integrate faith and spirituality into our treatment process. During sessions, our counselors use Cognitive Behavioral, Emotionally Focused, and Self-Compassion techniques to help you overcome your challenges and guide you through personal growth. We also offer EMDR for trauma and PTSD treatment.

We specialize in the following areas: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Grief and Loss, Addictions & Abuse (Pornography/Alcohol/Drug/Food), Life/Work/School Stress and Balance, Personal and Sexual Identity, Self-esteem and Self-confidence, Questioning Faith and Beliefs, Relationship Difficulty/Connection, and Premarital Counseling.
