Established in 1985 by Maureen R. Traynor M.A. who saw a need in small town Winter Park, Florida for good quality Mental Health and Addiction Counseling Services. Now under the Direction of Elizabeth A. Traynor, M.A., LMHC, LMFT, Choices Counseling Center has grown beyond the reaches of Winter Park and expanded its reach to become a nationwide and international provider of Mental Health and Addiction Counseling services. With over 30 years in the business, Choices continues to nurture and encouraged the sense of community and support you receive from our services.
Here at Choices, we use a Psychodrama therapy approach. Psychodrama facilitates our development in spontaneity and potency by utilizing improvisational role playing, we are able to process and resolve past painful emotions and create.
