Hi, my name is Rachel Policay and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) offering teletherapy to clients located anywhere in the state of Virginia. I attended the University of Virginia for undergrad (Wahoowa!) and Virginia Tech for grad school, so that makes me a long-term VA resident.
My special passion is to help you - who may be struggling within your relationships, people-pleasing and over-functioning - to begin to set healthy boundaries with confidence, and overall, to feel more satisfied in your relationships with others.
