Hi! Thanks for stopping by. My name is Cheryl and I work with individual and LGBTQ+ adults living with symptoms of anxiety, stress, depression and feel stuck in life transitions. I also work with teachers trying to balance the responsibility of teaching while showing compassion to their students.
