My job is much more than just a career. It is my passion to help people find peace in their lives through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and behavior modification. I deeply value communication and being an active listener to my patients. Therapy is only successful when all patients feel heard and can express themselves in a safe environment which is why I strive to create a compassionate, warm, and friendly environment. I provide direct feedback on the issues they are working through. It takes a great deal of courage to seek counseling, so I work with my patients to reach their goals.
