Life can often be hard and difficult to navigate. We have an image in our head about how our lives are supposed to be and when they aren't, we have a hard time moving forward. In therapy, we will work together to identify what is contributing to your current situation, whether that be past trauma or present day events. We will come up with a treatment plan together that is solution focused and incorporates change, growth, and at times, acceptance.
How do I set up an appointment?
Before you do, let's chat by phone first. I offer complimentary, no obligation 15 minute phone consultations where you can share some of the key aspects of your life and what you would like to change. We can then both determine if this is a good fit and if proceeding is appropriate. At that time, you will be provided the link to some assessment forms and we will schedule a time that works for both of us.
What if I am not a Christian?
I noticed you said you were a Christian counselor. I am not a Christian. Does that mean you won't work with me?
It certainly doesn't! If you do not wish to incorporate Christian doctrine into your session, I don't have to, but, if you would like to, I am more than happy to. I simply want those who would like to have Christianity as the basis of their session to know that is available for them.
