You might be feeling…
* “I constantly feel like I’m not doing enough, no matter how hard I try.”
* “I’ve been holding it together for everyone else, but inside, I feel like I’m falling apart.”
* “No matter what I achieve, it never feels like enough.”
* “I don’t know why I feel like this.”
* “I feel anxiety is ruining my life.”
* “I feel lost.”
* “I’m lonely and I don’t know how to connect with people.”
* “I don’t know which direction to take in life.”

Feeling overwhelmed, lost, or stuck can be incredibly isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Together, we can explore what’s behind these feelings and work toward a life that feels more meaningful and connected. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, creating a safe space where you can be honest without judgment. Sometimes, this means gently addressing deep wounds or past trauma that may be impacting your well-being. Through our work, you’ll develop tools to manage anxiety, set boundaries, and uncover what truly matters to you. Healing and growth are possible, and I look forward to supporting you on that journey.

Specialties
I enjoy working with individuals of all ages and provide compassionate support for anyone who needs it. My specialties include helping clients struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges including breakups, and navigating a lack of purpose or direction by assisting them in finding meaning in their lives.

My Therapeutic Approach
I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you can be honest and open about what’s going on in your life—without fear of judgment. My approach is collaborative, meaning we work together as a team to explore your experiences and challenges. At times, I also use a solution-focused approach to help you identify practical steps toward real healing and meaningful change. My goal is to support you in finding new ways to cope, grow, and move forward at your own pace.

More About Me
I grew up in Southern California but moved to Colorado because my heart has always been drawn to the mountains and the peace they bring. I’m a deeply creative person and often encourage my clients to explore their own creativity if they feel open to it, as I’ve found creative expression to be a powerful path to healing. Having lived with chronic anxiety for many years, I’ve learned valuable tools to manage it and am passionate about supporting others on their own journeys toward wellness. Outside of counseling, I love spending time outdoors, enjoying stand-up comedy, expressing myself through dance and music, going to concerts, and nurturing my strong friendships.
