I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story and patterns of behavior, which can allow you to create positive adjustments for yourself and your life.
I wholeheartedly believe in giving my clients a safe space to explore the areas of life that need attention. I work with adults, children, and teens and have experience working with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, pregnancy/postpartum challenges, grief/loss, infertility, TFMR, OCD, bipolar, and trauma.
I draw from several different therapeutic techniques including CBT, gestalt, existential, and mindfulness practices to best meet your needs. My goal is to provide you with a safe place to explore the nature of what has been bringing you discomfort. With support we can create a plan that suits your goal for healing.
