Enhearten Counseling and Assessment is a private practice based in Fort Collins, Colorado offering counseling and psychological assessment services to adolescents and adults in Northern Colorado.

I primarily offer psychological evaluation services to adults for the purposes of clarifying diagnoses related to, but not limited to, ADHD, learning disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorders, personality disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Psychological evaluations are typically requested by a physician to assist in diagnostic clarification for medication purposes, a university department to provide access to academic accommodations and/or documentation for sport, or a psychotherapist to provide information to help guide treatment planning. Self-referrals are also accepted. 

I understand that testing services can be costly. Therefore, I will let you know prior to scheduling what the cost of the appointment is so that you can be prepared for the expense.
