I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with many years of experience working in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families that struggle with issues such as ADHD, ODD, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, behavioral concerns and those adjudicated delinquent. I also have been certified in Trauma Focused Therapy, offer ADOS assessments and trained in treating Tic Disorders (CBIT). I look forward to working with you in a therapeutic setting to help you make the changes you would like see for a healthier life for you and your family.
I enjoy working with youth and their families as evidenced by my employment choices, both past and present. I have been employed as a Counselor at Gannondale Residential Facility as well as a Mental Health Therapist at the Achievement Center. Currently, I am the Director of Student Support Services at the RB Wiley Community Charter School.
I appreciate learning new strategies and techniques to assist the clients and families I am working with. I take pride in helping people achieve their goals and greatly appreciate the therapeutic process. I provide a comfortable and convenient space, that allows clients to focus on themselves and their goals.
