Charlotte Smalls is a highly experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience in her field. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons University and a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. Throughout her career, Charlotte has worked primarily in the juvenile justice field in various roles, such as caseworker, and clinical director. She has also previously worked as a private practice clinician, providing therapy to clients and supervising many other clinicians who were working towards independent licensure.
Charlotte utilizes various treatment modalities including solution-focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to meet clients’ needs. Her focus is on providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment. Charlotte's areas of specialty include (but are not limited to) Anxiety, Depression, School Challenges, Life Transitions, and Trauma.
