As we move through different stages of life, we may require some additional assistance to get back on track and accomplish our objectives. Charlotte has dedicated her career to guiding and supporting adolescents and young adults. She has received training in several treatment approaches, including solution-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which she employs to help her clients succeed.

Charlotte Smalls is a highly experienced Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with more than 10 years of experience in her field. She holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons University and a Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Massachusetts-Boston. Throughout her career, Charlotte has worked primarily in the juvenile justice field in various roles, such as caseworker, and clinical director. She has also previously worked as a private practice clinician, providing therapy to clients and supervising many other clinicians who were working towards independent licensure.

Charlotte utilizes various treatment modalities including solution-focused and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to meet clients’ needs. Her focus is on providing a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment.
