Hey there! I’m Charlotte Buelow, a Licensed Independent Social Worker, who’s here to support you as you navigate the exciting—and sometimes overwhelming—stages of life. Whether you’re juggling career choices, dealing with academic pressure, or facing relationship changes, my goal is to help you find your footing and thrive.

I work with young adults who are dealing with significant life shifts. It’s a time that can bring up a lot of mixed feelings, and I’m here to help you sort through them. Life transitions can be a rollercoaster, and having someone to help you make sense of it all can make a huge difference. Here’s how I can help:

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): We’ll work together to tackle those tricky thought patterns that can hold you back. CBT is all about turning those negative thoughts into positive, actionable steps, helping you feel more in control and focused.

- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): If past experiences are still affecting you, EMDR therapy can help. It’s a powerful technique for processing and healing from past trauma, allowing you to move forward with less baggage.

- Motivational Interviewing: This collaborative technique will assist you in exploring and resolving any ambivalence about change, enhancing your motivation and commitment to personal goals.

- Supportive Therapy: Sometimes, you just need someone to listen and understand. In our sessions, I’ll provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, and build the confidence to tackle whatever comes next.

Our sessions will provide a space for you to explore your current challenges and aspirations. We’ll work together to identify your strengths and develop effective strategies for managing stress and achieving your goals. My approach is client-centered and flexible, ensuring that our work is aligned with your unique needs and circumstances.

I get it—young adulthood can be a whirlwind of change and uncertainty. I’m here to offer empathy, practical strategies, and a safe space for you to navigate these challenges. Together, we’ll work on building skills and finding solutions that work for you.

If you’re ready to take the next step and see how therapy can support your journey, let’s connect! I’m excited to work with you and support you through this transformative time in your life.
