Stepping into 2025, many people are prioritizing their mental health. The journey can feel overwhelming, especially when you are unsupported or are lacking the right tools. Seeking therapy is a significant step toward wellness and healing, and here you are—taking that first step. Congratulations! I believe that, within our supportive and compassionate therapeutic relationship, you will discover your inner strength and resilience. As your therapist, my mission is to walk alongside you, creating an environment that respects your individuality while helping you explore solutions that align with your values and sense of self.

I work with both adolescents and adults, offering support on issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, gender identity, and sexuality. I am particularly passionate about helping those from diverse backgrounds, including members of the queer community, neurodivergent individuals, and those with the non-monogamous or kink communities.

My approach to therapy is flexible to your unique needs. I incorporate mindfulness techniques, strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed care all while being sensitive to your diverse experiences. Therapy is a space for growth, empathy, and even moments of humor as we work together. I look forward to starting this journey with you.
