Accepting clients Last Updated 7 days ago

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and collaboration. I understand that healing from complex trauma and navigating the intricacies of life experiences can be a profound journey. I partner with my clients to empower them to overcome obstacles, develop resilience, and find authentic self-expression and fulfillment. I utilize evidence-based therapies, such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and trauma-focused CBT, to help clients heal from past experiences, rebuild a sense of self, and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

In my practice, I foster a safe and inclusive space where clients are encouraged to explore their experiences, express their emotions, and work towards personal growth. I believe in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship and work to ensure that each client feels valued, safe, and respected.

I encourage my clients to bring their favorite beverage to our sessions! Whether it’s coffee, tea, or water, having something you enjoy can help you feel more comfortable and relaxed. Reach out today and take the first step towards a brighter, more fulfilling future.
