Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC

I aim to help my clients acquire the tools needed to interpret past experiences, realize their personal potential and live more satisfying lives. I am committed to helping people understand themselves better so that they can make constructive changes in their lives, whether that is to feel less depressed or anxious, to establish more satisfying relationships, or to function better at work.
My work focuses on providing a safe space for sorting through thoughts and feelings. A place where you can get to where you want to be through authentic collaboration and growth. My approach to therapy is strength-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive of all identities and lifestyles.
Life can feel pretty overwhelming. Trying to hold it together in a chaotic world of stress, confusing relationships, and unhealed wounds can feel exhausting. We can work together to come to understand the causes of your emotional distress, increase your self-understanding, develop coping skills, and adopt new perspectives.
