If you are looking to take control of OCD, anxiety, trauma, or depression, I can help you get back to the life you want to live. We will work collaboratively to create new insights, skills, and the changes you want to see.

I am dedicated to providing empathetic and evidence-based virtual mental health treatment. My approach to therapy is warm, non-judgmental, and engaging. I take a strengths-based approach to help you identify your goals and develop the skills needed to get there. I use evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, and other modalities to tailor a treatment plan that is unique to you.

My goal is to help you get back to living a full life, on your terms.
