Life can bring challenges at every stage—whether it’s a child adjusting to change, a teen facing anxiety or depression, a college student navigating transitions, or an adult processing past or present stressors. None of us are meant to go through these alone. I’m part of a group practice and provide a safe, supportive space using child-centered play therapy, trauma-informed care, coping skills, counseling, and parent guidance to help clients of all ages build resilience and grow.

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I specialize in child-centered play therapy, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, and parent support. No matter the stage of life, I’m here to walk alongside you with encouragement, understanding, and practical tools for growth and healing.
In my work, I provide a safe, compassionate space where children, teens, and adults can feel supported, heard, and understood. With younger clients, I often use play therapy and creative approaches to help them express feelings and build coping skills. With teens and adults, I tailor my approaches to best fit each individual.
