Center Rock Mental Health Counseling provides confidential and secure teletherapy counseling sessions via video or phone. Teletherapy offers you the flexibility to have sessions at any location, at your convenience.
Our clinicians provide compassion, empathy, and support to help our clients gain insight on their lives. We work with those who have difficulty with depression, anxiety, communication, goal setting, self esteem, and body image issues.
We offer a safe and non-judgmental space that will allow you to unfold and grow in your own time. We strongly believe that everyone already has the solution to their problems within themselves, and simply need guidance to make the positive changes desired.
