Center for Rising Minds
Hi, I'm Dr. Niroshika De Silva, a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in ADHD, Autism, anxiety, or depression. I'm passionate about supporting people who feel exhausted from masking or second-guessing themselves, and just want to feel understood. My goal is to provide you with a space where you don’t have to explain or perform — where your brain, feelings, and way of being are met with compassion, not judgment. Most importantly, our work together will create an opportunity for you to understand yourself more deeply, and find ways to live with ease and self-acceptance.
I support neurodivergent adults navigating ADHD, Autism, anxiety, or depression. I help build insight, self-compassion, and real-life tools to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, and healthier relationships—all in a space where you can feel safe, seen, and accepted.
I understand how hard it can be to feel misunderstood or overwhelmed by the world’s demands. You deserve to be seen, heard, and supported just as you are. If you’re ready to explore your unique path with kindness and understanding, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater clarity and peace.
