Center for Resilience Strategies (CRS) is a counseling and coaching center providing accessible, affordable, and effective mental health services to the greater Denver area. CRS provides individual counseling for teens and adults, play therapy, couple and marital therapy, and family therapy. CRS specializes in addressing trauma, life and work stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, divorce, childhood disorders, parenting challenges, and medical issues.

CRS works with multiple insurance companies and offers flexible payment options for services, all provided in a private practice clinic setting. CRS also offers American Sign Language and Spanish-speaking services.
