Tana incorporates multiple therapeutic approaches in her work with clients which include CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, TF-CBT, and Client-Centered Therapy. She helps clients who struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, relationship issues, social challenges and regulating their emotions to develop and understand the importance of healthy coping mechanisms to manage internal and external stressors. Tana enjoys getting to be a part of their journey to helping them identify areas of improvement and navigate challenging situations that can lead to positive change.
