​We offer psychotherapy and counseling services that address and treat, yet go beyond, mental health concerns. Counselors at the Center are committed to helping you foster psychological wellbeing, improved life functionality, insightful self-awareness, and personal and spiritual growth.

Practitioners at the Center balance and integrate Eastern wisdom traditions with traditional and contemporary Western psychology in their treatment approaches. We value and facilitate the mind-body connection.

We blend a supportive kind of therapy that deeply listens and understands with gentle intervention that challenges dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors, self-destructive tendencies, and limiting beliefs.

We primarily offer counseling for adult individuals who are ready to self-inquire, heal, grow, and deepen their spiritual lives in order to resolve their difficulties and psychological distress. We also offer services for couples as well as run Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills-based groups and related groups that teach and facilitate mindfulness.

Center for Higher Consciousness offers in-office appointments at our office location in Centennial, Colorado, as well as telehealth services and is increasingly involved with creating digital resources and integrating support, psychoeducation, and access to personal growth and psychological development across virtual platforms.
