Celeste Ninalaya
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally attuned care. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. As a Latina therapist, I’m passionate about supporting immigrants and first- and second-generation clients navigating cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and the stigma that can surround mental health. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I use a personalized approach, drawing from CBT, person-centered, and culturally sensitive approaches to meet your unique needs. I show up with empathy, presence, and care—while also gently challenging you with questions that invite reflection, growth, and new perspectives.
