With extensive experience in various areas, I specialize in addiction, anger management, antisocial behavior, anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum support, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, grief/bereavement, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, military/veteran support, multicultural/diversity issues, narcissistic personality disorder, OCD, perinatal support (pregnancy, prenatal, postpartum), phobias, PTSD, intimate/romantic relationships, psychosis/schizophrenia, somatic symptom disorder, learning disorders, spirituality, stress, suicidal ideation/self-harming, and trauma. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer virtual sessions.
