Change can be hard, but I'm here to support you. My clients are often in transition, whether they're adapting to a new school or city, experiencing a change in relationships, coping with loss, managing a new health condition, coming out, or simply reflecting on their goals in a new light. If that resonates with you, I want to help you flourish.

Depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, impulse control issues, and traumatic stress make it harder to navigate change. I have experience serving clients who are working to overcome these mental health challenges.

In our first session, we’ll talk about what brings you to counseling, your strengths, the things you value, and where you want your life to go. I aim for you to leave feeling hopeful. My style is genuine and straightforward - I want therapy to take the weight off your shoulders. Please give me a call or send me an email if you'd like to get started!
